If there is one thing that I hate, it is a product that does not work from the start. This one begins By asking if I would like to view a video about setup, so I say yes, and the first thing it does is give me an error saying that it "cant connect to the server"— Whichever server they mean, and wherever it may be. Next, I go to help and get the same error, leaving me in the middle of nowhere without an oar.
It may just be that I happened to catch them on a bad day, but that doesnt matter. They need to go back to marketing 101 class: when you have a new product in a competitive market you cant afford bad days, because it will always generate responses like this one.
Hint: the little wheel spinning in the error message is a symbol of your money going down the drain.
