From the reviews, it looks like se people dont know how to use it! You have to run the server on your computer first! I love it, but its a little glitchy on my iPad with iOS 8 (the progress bar does not move). Would love to see iOS support and a few new features added, but it is s fantastic app!

I really like this app. Ive been using it for a couple of years. Doesnt work in iOS 8 though. Please fix it.

Horribly buggy on iOS 8 with an Apple TV or AirPlay device. This used to be great software. You guys really need to fix it.

Requires additional software on sharing machine, does NOT work with linux or nas drives. Very dissapointing.

Ive bought that app only for purpose of streaming videos from my Mac to iPad and displaying it by EPSON MG 850HD projector. Clever, huh? Not really. It simply does not work. Video shows for a fraction of second and disappear for ever. Support isnt helpful at all and additionally due to a bug, you cant register on support forum! In such case it was waste of money for me.

huge flow though in desktop video stream server: cannot add a cyrillic named folder, if there is at least one non-english folder in the path, the dir is added without a name and the files don`t appear in the app. if you fix that in one of the updates, five stars you get. apart from that everything else works just great

Don not work with DLNA server. Useless for me

Subtitles do not display on AirPlay. File names with dots are truncated. Is it so difficult to fix???

I have been using this app for a couple of years now without a hitch. upgraded my home PC from Win 7 to Win 10 no problems! I have used this with multiple iPhones 4, 5, 5s, 6 and 6s Plus). Very simple to use and has always been reliable!

When I got it it said in able to get server!!!!!! Dont ever get this app not worth

It finds all my folders great, but none of my mp3s play. Plz fix this its assumed if I can stream video (contains audio), we should be able to also stream audio only files. Am I missing something here?

AC3 Support REMOVED do to lawsuit. DO BUT BUY! ---- Well i updated to the new version. NO SOUND FOR ANY FILES! Lots of crashing. Reverting to 1.4.2 Removed ac3 support for local files so MANY files will no longer play. I didnt update and never will so still 5 stars. Patent dispute, smatent dispute :)
